TESI® - The Team Emotional and Social Intelligence Survey – a Team 360!
The TESI® Report provides a graphical display and description of the current levels of emotional and social intelligence in your team from the perspectives of the team members who completed the TESI® Survey. The report offers unique insights and points ways for understanding your current strengths and weakness as a team and to strategically choose where to enhance your skills. Through this combination of awareness and action your team is poised to achieve greater productivity and each team member has the opportunity to improve his or her own teamwork and personal well-being. Your team will be a star performer when you combine understanding your current performance with commitment to enhance the skills that will make the most difference in accomplishing your mission.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

BarOn Family of EI Instruments
Three instruments come together to present an exceptionally strong set of data for EI skills enhancement. They are:

  • EQi – Individual, self rater report covering the 15 factors found necessary for success in the workplace and all of life.
  • EQ-i Business Report - created in response to the popularity of the EQ-i in corporate settings. The test publisher says: “Robust in its content, the Business Report contains business-specific strategies and action plans that are more compatible and meaningful for the corporate audience. The added content helps to explain the scales in greater detail and indicates how each can affect individual and organizational performance.”
  • EQ Leadership Report – this takes the EQi and applies it to areas researched by the Center for Creative Leadership and Dr. BarOn to emphasize the critical leadership aspects for the leader. This assessment is built on the EQi, it is not necessary to take another questionnaire.
  • EQ 360 - The EQ 360 is a statistically valid and reliable multi-rater report which probes deeper than the self report found in the EQi. It provides the ability to have those who work closely with the client provide information as well. It highlights key employee strengths and impediments to high performance, along with areas that could be developed for maximum functioning. It is a great tool for coaching as it can be used to follow up and measure progress over time. Up to 50 raters may provide their responses.


BENCHMARK OF ORGANIZATIONAL EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE (BOEI)
A number of characteristics related to emotional intelligence have been identified and studied and have been found to be important in creating a productive work environment. The Benchmark of Organizational Emotional Intelligence (BOEI) is an instrument that has been designed to be an important step in that process. The BOEI is a powerful organizational survey designed to measure the level of emotional intelligence in an organization as a whole and in parts. This tool takes advantage of the fact that organizations grow by developing the people within; therefore, this survey can serve as an integral component to a company's strategic plan. Increasing the level of emotional intelligence (EI) within an organization will enable a company to promote communication, productivity, employee empowerment and satisfaction.

The BOEI is unique in that it effectively combines the assessment of organizational and management issues with an assessment of the social and emotional climate in order to provide feedback that will maximize the competitive position of the corporation. The participants' responses combine to render a Total BOEI score, 9 scale scores, and 18 subscale scores.
