Collaborative Growth, L.L.C.

Our principals are Marcia Hughes, J.D., M.A., who uses her background in law and psychology as a keynote speaker, organizational specialist and trainer and James Terrell, who uses his background in social dynamics and therapy as an organizational consultant, trainer and communications specialist.

Our team of collaborators is composed of Pam Best, M.A., a facilitator and trainer with extensive experience in business and cultural diversity; Roger Goodwin, President and CEO of Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation, who specializes in Board development and training; Debra Plotkin, M.A., a mediator, and trainer; and Ed Ramey, J.D., M.B.A., a business specialist, mediator, and trainer.
